Before uninstalling the application, the following migration process is required:

Step 1

Go into your existing Cloud Softphone and go to the portal tab:

Step 2

You should see the following (if not, please refresh the page with the ↻ button at the top right):

Click the Start Migration button to start the migration.

Step 3

After the migration is complete, the following page should be displayed (also check that the IPC Softphone shows as red):

Note: if this page is not displayed after loading indicator stops, please try refreshing the page with the ↻ button at the top right

Step 4

As indicated in step 3, the Cloud Softphone application can now be uninstalled and the new IPC Softphone application installed from: https://proxy.ipcaccess.net:8124/install
