The Cloud Softphone needs a number of permissions enabled to allow it function correctly. The following will guide you through the installation process.

Download the following application:

Once installed, open the application and it will guide you through the process of allowing certain permissions. The permissions required are as follows:

Microphone - for making and receiving calls

Manage phone calls - for access of telephony features of the device

Contacts - to view contacts stored on the device within the application

Draw over other apps - so incoming calls can be shown regardless of what app you're currently using (you can also choose between a full screen preview or a pop-up notification)
